Recruiter Responsibilities:

As a Technical Recruiter, your day to day will consist of:

  • Identifying qualified IT professionals, through various sourcing techniques (applications, job boards, database, social media, referrals etc.) and serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
  • Understand the candidate’s skills, their strengths and subject expertise and submit their resume to matching & appropriate client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates and match them with job openings that meet their preferences and career goals.
  • Reaching out to a minimum of 30 candidates per day via phone, as well as outreach via email, text, LinkedIn and other social media networks, etc.
  • Negotiating compensation and communicating all incentives to attract and hire the best candidates for our clients.

Business Development Manager (Talent Sales Manager):

As a BDM, your day to day will consist of:

  • Prospecting and building relationships with hiring managers at various small to large companies in your local market. After establishing this relationship, you will serve as the main point of contact for the client throughout the entirety of the hiring process and beyond.
  • Meeting with 10 Hiring Managers each week, to discover business needs and make recommendations in order to deliver the ideal candidate for their teams.
  • Partnering with and clearly communicating job requirements to the Recruiting team, to ensure accurate delivery of top talent for our clients.
  • Must maintain regular database of prospective clients, preferred vendors, suppliers and share with the company on weekly basis.
  • Submit weekly reports of all submissions done with client details.
  • Must be able to spend few hours extra checking your work during week day evenings and weekends from home.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and company management.

We’re looking to expand our Account Management team in the SFO Bay Area, Atlanta Georgia, Dallas Texas and other metropolitan cities in the USA with a talented Account Manager to drive business & revenue results in some of our key client accounts, by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities.

In this role, you will be client facing & responsible for driving high-quality sales through deal shaping, negotiation, contract closure & execution of a key account/pursuit plan.

Successful candidates must thrive in a growing, fast evolving, people-based culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Vegatron Systems brand.

We are looking for someone with potential, creativity, energy, drive, organizational skills & positive attitude to work with the team to deliver innovative revenue generating results around

Vegatron’s services and solution offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive & execute on revenue and sales Quota goals through effective management of account/pursuit plans, business development, internal collaboration strategies & account plan execution.
  • Prospect, establish, lead, and grow relationships with key client personnel & teams (Principle, Director, VP & C-Level) within the client account, focused on engineering & IT Services solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication (Update activity in CRM) with the Sales Leader to keep him/her abreast of account progress & evolve account execution plan.
  • Target the right clients, grow a quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
  • Submit weekly reports of all the sales activities.

Individuals in this role will:

  • Manage and close opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Be responsible for the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, complex deal shaping, management of client interactions and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the growth of our company.

Qualifications:

Demonstrate strong leadership abilities including innate capacity for strategic thinking, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and a relentless drive for delivering success.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 – 5 years of sales and account management experience.
  • Staffing & Consulting experience is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
  • Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills.
  • Strong process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual teams.
  • Passionate about sales and technology; partners with clients to ensure growth.
  • Experienced in building relationships with Director & VP level business decision-makers.
  • Skilled at presenting value around technology solution-based sales.
  • Experienced and adept at consistently demonstrating strong people management skills.
  • Creative and innovative; seen as forward-thinking in approach.
